You're onto something, Andrew. I see it in the workplace with people of all ages. We're a culture that largely self-identifies through our jobs. When you can't point to something solid, something you can hold up then it's no wonder people are less into the work. I think the pandemic made me look really hard at where I spent my energy for decades, and I realized I shortchanged myself and my family. But it's never to late to chart a new course, so I did. And I feel better about where I spend my time, and who I spend my time with. My work isn't suffering, either. It's actually better than it's ever been.
